Carrier & Service
Bellatrix Star Creations ships all domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage® because it is a reliable and affordable ground‑based shipping service offering full tracking and includes $100 insurance for loss or damaged items automatically.
Order Processing Times

All orders in-stock usually ship within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

If for any reason we anticipate additional handling time, we will contact you directly.

Special ordered items or bulk ordered stock usually ship within 5-10 business days, based on size of order.

Orders placed after our daily cutoff will be processed the next business day.

We ship Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days. Shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore destinations may take longer. Faster shipping times are available for an additional cost.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using USPS commercial pricing based on:

USPS uses tiered pricing up to 15.999 oz, and pound‑based pricing for items between 1–70 lb. Dimensional weight applies to parcels exceeding 1 cubic foot. We Ship to all 50 U.S. states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and U.S. territories.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
Returns for eligible items are processed through USPS Ground Advantage Return, which includes tracking and $100 insurance.
Please request a return label within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
USPS provides forwarding, Return‑to‑Sender (RTS), and Undeliverable‑As‑Addressed (UAA) handling at no added USPS cost.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage may apply).
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days or your package arrives damaged:

Contact us within 15 days of the last scan/delivery.

We will assist with filing a USPS insurance claim.

Pending the outcome, we will replace or refund your order as appropriate.
(Shipments automatically include $100 USPS coverage.)
